How to implement moral education management
Ideological and moral quality is the core content of measuring a person's quality, and cultivating students' noble moral sentiments is the central link of school student work. However, there are still many misunderstandings in school moral education at present: single form, simple methods, pale means and little effect. It is urgent to reform the traditional rigid moral education model.

First, correctly grasp the guiding ideology of moral education.

The fundamental understanding of primary and secondary education in China is to lay a good foundation for improving the quality of the whole nation. People's quality includes ideological and moral quality, intellectual quality, physical quality, aesthetic quality, labor and technical quality and psychological quality. Among them, ideological and moral quality occupies a leading position and plays a leading role. The basic contents of moral education include ideological education, moral education, behavior development education and psychological quality education. In primary school, students are mainly given initial social morality education and related social common sense education with "five loves" as the basic content. In terms of content, we should start from the following aspects:

Strengthen the education of students' ideological future, enhance their self-esteem and self-confidence, and at the same time carry out in-depth education on the party's basic line, patriotism, collectivism and socialism, modern history and national conditions, establish correct ideals and strive for the rise of China!

2. To enhance moral awareness, schools should take "five loves" as the goal, "five hearts" education as the center, and "primary school code" and "primary school daily code of conduct" as the blueprint, and strive to improve students' moral level, cultivate noble socialist newcomers and cultivate outstanding successors.

3. Strengthen the concept of discipline. The headmaster is responsible for perfecting the moral education network, making moral education plans, organizing, guiding, inspecting and evaluating moral education activities. The head teacher coordinates the strength of moral education, organizes moral education activities and creates excellent class groups. Fifth, pay attention to optimizing the social environment of moral education.
