Translator's words

I don't know the story of L. Panteleyev, the author of The Table. The records I read only said that he was a street child, but later he received education and became an excellent writer and a world-famous writer. Also, although it is only a fairy tale, it is often difficult to write when translating.

For example, translated as "unqualified", the original text is defekt, which means "incomplete" and "defective". Japanese translation is omitted. Now, if it is translated into "bad" and the tone is too heavy, I have to make it up, but I still feel irrelevant. Olle is translated as "cousin" here and Gannove is translated as "boss". [14] I looked up several dictionaries, but I couldn't find these two words. I can't think of anything, so I have to translate the first one into Spanish and the second one into Japanese. I am so perfunctory for the time being. I hope readers can give me advice and give me good luck to correct it.
