Hunan Ningxiang Normal School, also known as Changsha Information Technology School, is the first batch of national key secondary vocational schools recognized by the Ministry of Education. It is a model secondary vocational school in Hunan Province, led by Changsha Education Bureau.

The school, formerly known as Ningxiang Normal School in Hunan Province, was founded in 190 1.
