Notice on the establishment of a leading group for the classification of domestic waste in the education system of Linwei District and the division of responsibilities

Each central school, senior middle school, bureau units and secondary units:

According to the relevant requirements of the Notice on the Implementation Plan for the Construction of Provincial Domestic Waste Classification Demonstration Zone in Linwei District of Weinan City (for Trial Implementation) (Lin Wei Ban Zi [2020] No.44), in order to further promote the domestic waste classification of the education system in the whole region, our bureau decided to set up a leading group for the domestic waste classification of the education system in Linwei District. Members and division of responsibilities are hereby notified as follows:

I. Leading Group

Team leader: Xing Weiyuan

Deputy team leaders: An, Li, Qiao Fengnian, He Tao,,, etc.

Members: heads of unit offices and secondary units, principals of central schools and high schools.

There is an office under the leading group, which is located in the Education Group, and the director of the office is Wang Yuxin. The office is mainly responsible for daily work such as overall coordination, organization and implementation, supervision and assessment, information submission and research and deployment of key tasks.

If there is any change in the members of the leading group, they will be replaced by the comrades who have taken over the work without further notice.

Two, the division of labor and responsibilities of leading group members

There are seven working groups under the office of the leading group, namely, the working group of bureau organs, the working group of primary and secondary schools, the working group of secondary vocational schools, the working group of private schools, the pre-school working group, the information reporting group, the supervision and evaluation group and the logistics support group. Specific responsibilities are as follows:

1. Bureau Working Group

Team leader: Li Xuebin

Deputy Head: Zhang Minan

Members: cadres of party and government organs and heads of secondary units.

Main responsibilities: to be responsible for the promotion of domestic waste classification work of the bureau and secondary units, to guide all units to do a good job in the implementation of waste classification tasks and data collection and sorting, and to strengthen supervision and inspection.

2. Working Group for Primary and Secondary Schools

Team leader: Qiao Fengnian

Deputy Head: Wang Yuxin

Members: cadres of educational institutions, principals of central schools and primary and secondary schools.

Main responsibilities: responsible for promoting the classification of domestic waste in primary and secondary schools, guiding all units to implement the task of domestic waste classification and collecting and sorting data, and strengthening supervision and inspection.

3. Working Group on Secondary Vocational Schools and Private Schools

Team leader: Li Qi

Deputy Head: Guan Bin

Members: adult education cadres, principals of central schools, principals of secondary vocational schools and principals of private schools.

Main responsibilities: to be responsible for the promotion of domestic waste classification in secondary vocational schools and private schools, to guide all units to do a good job in the implementation of domestic waste classification tasks and data collection, and to strengthen supervision and inspection.

4. Pre-school Working Group

Team leader: Li Xuebin

Deputy Team Leader: Liu Gang

Members: pre-school cadres, principals of central schools and kindergarten directors.

Main responsibilities: responsible for promoting the classification of domestic waste in kindergartens, guiding all units to implement the task of domestic waste classification and collecting and sorting data, and strengthening supervision and inspection.

5. Information submission team

Team leader: Qiao Fengnian

Deputy Head: Wang Yuxin

Members: Wang Weijun and Li Gang, garbage sorting liaison officers of central school and senior high school.

Main responsibilities: responsible for the collection and submission of garbage classification information of schools and education systems in the whole region.

6. Monitoring and Evaluation Group

Team leader: Li

Deputy Team Leader: Geng Xiaobo

Members: cadres of the supervision office.

Main responsibilities: responsible for the supervision of domestic waste classification in the district education system, formulating a supervision plan to promote waste classification, and organizing regular supervision and notification.

7. Logistics Support Team

Team leader: Samuel Kwok

Deputy Team Leader: Liu Gang

Member: financial unit cadres.

Main responsibilities: responsible for the funding guarantee of the domestic waste sorting work in the district education system.
