China Minority Chinese Proficiency Test (MHK). Language proficiency test for ethnic minorities in China whose mother tongue is not Chinese, Korean, Tibetan, Mongolian, Uygur or Kazakh. There are many test sites all over the country. The target group is mainly 1. Students whose mother tongue is not Chinese (except Min Kao Han). 2. Students who fail to reach HSK-5 level must sign up for the exam. Students who can't reach HSK-5 preparatory class must sign up for the exam.

Yili normal university is an ordinary normal school managed by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Jiangsu Province.

The school, formerly known as Xinjiang Yili College, was established in 1948. 1953 changed its name to Yili Normal School. 1980 was upgraded to an ordinary undergraduate college with the approval of the State Council, and was named yili normal university. 20 18 12, renamed yili normal university with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
