First, the basic process of AutoCAD printing
1, from model space to paper space
2. Layout setting and paper setting of printing equipment.
3. Print the graphics in the layout in advance.
4. If you are satisfied, start printing.
Second, AutoCAD printing equipment settings
1. printer configuration: enter Plot at the command line or press Ctrl+P to enter the print settings window, select the print settings tab to select the printing device, and then select the printer to print after the printer configuration name, as shown in the following figure:
2. Print Style Sheet: Select the name of the print style sheet, and you will be asked to choose whether to apply it to the layout. If you are not satisfied with this print style sheet, you can edit it. Of course, you can also create a new print style sheet yourself. The print cad of acad.ctb defaults to the line width and color you set in cad. If you want to edit the style sheet, click the edit button on the right to enter the print style editor window, where you can set various settings such as line width, line type, color and filling, which is easy to understand, as shown in the following figure:
3. Print range and print to file: The print range is very simple and need not be introduced too much. Printing a file is to output the drawings to a file in JPG format, so that a computer without CAD can open the JPG format for printing.
4. Print stamp: If you open the print stamp, some marked words will appear on your printed drawings, which are usually not opened, but the print stamp in the cad education version will not be removed automatically. For how to remove the printing seal in the education edition, please refer to the method of removing the printing seal in the CAD education edition.
Third, AutoCAD printing tone settings
1. Selection of drawing size and drawing unit: When entering printing settings, the paper size should be selected first. If you want to select the paper size to be printed in the Drawing Size list box, you usually choose A4. Note that there is a drawing direction selection on the right, which can be selected horizontally, vertically and reversely.
2. Print area: There are five options. Generally speaking, you just need to click the window button, and then you will return to the drawing state. At this point, you can select the area to print.
3. Print scale: you can choose various scales for printing, but we usually choose to scale according to the blank sound of the drawing, and the following scale will be automatically calculated, so you will not introduce too much print offset, and generally use the point center.
Four. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1, unable to print (or some contents are missing)
Solution: This situation is mostly caused by incorrect settings, such as choosing the wrong printing range, or whether your layer is frozen or not allowed to print. Find the object or block, adjust it to be printable, finish editing and save the block, and then set the printing basic confirmation.
2, the line color can't be typed or unclear.
Solution: First, determine whether it is a color printer. If you don't need to adjust the print style sheet, please enter the style editor to edit various line colors and linetypes.
3. The text cannot be printed.
Solution: The reason why the text cannot be printed is basically that the layer is set to not allow printing.
4. Has the writing completely changed? figure
Solution: If the font file is wrong or damaged, download and install CAD fonts again.
5. The label cannot be printed.
Solution: basically the same as before, three situations,
① Set the layer where the label is located to not print;
② The printer runs out of color ink, so it is impossible to print the color you marked;
③ In the print style list, the color of the mark is set incorrectly.
