1. If you apply to drop out of school, all tuition fees of the selected courses will be deducted;

2. The cost of the book (whether it is collected or not) is deducted from the prepaid textbook fee, and students can receive the textbook according to the predetermined plan;

3. The students who drop out of school will be responsible for the refund and mailing expenses.

Note 1: the remaining tuition fees in the student account (tuition fees not selected) can be refunded in full;

Note 2: the time for students to submit their application for withdrawal is subject to the postmark of the application form;

Note 3: If students apply to drop out of school due to unqualified verification (such as non-national education series certificates), the refund standard shall be strictly implemented according to the above refund regulations.

4. No tuition refund

(1) If a student is ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school due to school discipline, the tuition fees collected will not be refunded;

(2) Where the re-examination fails to meet the admission requirements of freshmen (such as fraud, forgery of diplomas, taking exams for students, etc.), the tuition fees collected will not be refunded.

Eighth students start school in accordance with the unified provisions of Beijing Normal University network education.

Article 9 These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. If the state has new regulations on the refund of tuition fees for online education students, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the new regulations.
