The father's criminal punishment affects the political examination of himself, his lineal children, his lineal parents and his spouse in joining the army, taking the civil service examination, entering the military academy, entering the police academy, recruiting students in banks and recruiting students in state-owned enterprises. Those who fail the political examination will not be hired.

Legal basis: Article 26 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the following persons shall not be employed as civil servants: (1) Those who have been criminally punished for crimes; (2) Being expelled from the Party by China * * *; (3) Being expelled from public office; (4) Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law; (five) there are other circumstances in which the law stipulates that it is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant.

Article 6 of the Measures for the Employment of the People's Police of Public Security Organs shall not apply for the People's Police under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Having received criminal punishment, reeducation through labor or juvenile discipline;

(2) There are criminal suspects that have not been ascertained;

(3) Being expelled from public office;

(four) moral corruption, hooliganism, theft and other bad behavior;

(five) lineal blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have a great influence on themselves have been sentenced to death or are serving sentences;

(six) lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have a great influence on themselves are engaged in activities to subvert China's political power at home and abroad.
