According to the local standards, the problem of tuition and miscellaneous fees is exempted for ordinary high school students who have set up a card-setting family, and it is solved locally.
Private ordinary high schools affiliated to central universities approved by the administrative department of education according to law, and other ordinary high schools affiliated to central universities that have been incorporated into local unified management, the policy of tuition and miscellaneous fees exemption shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of document No.292 of Caijiao [2016], and the financial subsidy funds shall be arranged by local finance and education departments.
The financial assistance for ordinary high school students affiliated to central universities that are not included in the local unified management shall be organized and implemented by the National Student Financial Assistance Management Center. The funds for tuition and miscellaneous fees for four types of students with financial difficulties, such as filing a card, are arranged by the central government according to the current funding channels, and the funds needed to expand the scope of the tuition-free policy are solved by local finance.
