This training course is actually an organic whole. Professor Yu Xin's lecture "Design and Operation of Teaching and Research Staff" gave me a deep inspiration in the project design and management of teacher training, and provided a practical "tool".

It is my requirement for myself to consciously devote myself to education and teaching research; I am also a member of Guangxi junior middle school Chinese subject center group, and I have the task of research. A few years later, there were some results. I tried to apply for the Guangxi Basic Education Teaching Award this year, but I gave up before I started. There were too many materials missing. After listening to Zhu Furong's lecture on "Transformation and Practice of Regional Teaching and Research Achievements" and President Wang leading us to explore the path of cultivating and transforming regional teaching and research achievements, I know that I lack a clear goal in teaching and research, and I have not set the goal of teaching and research achievements feeding back regional teaching from the beginning. If the goal is clear, it will be very clear how to carry out research at each stage and what results should be refined at each stage. Goal consciousness is also a compass to guide primary and secondary schools in the region to transform research results into teaching results.

Next, I need to continue studying.
