I. Guiding ideology

Second, the work objectives:

(A) the conventional management objectives

Realize the institutionalization and informatization of routine inspection, complete a certain number of teaching reflections and teaching papers, implement young teacher training, and do a good job in teaching and research activities, so as to make it an important base for school-based training.

(2) Research objectives of education:

Improve the management mechanism of the research process, complete the conclusion of the municipal "composition" project, do a good job in the opening of the provincial "reading" project, do a good job in the research of Zhenjiang teaching and research section and key projects, and promote and do a good job in the research and development of grade groups.

(C) school-based training objectives:

In the past, the school did not pay enough attention to the management and assessment of young teachers such as 135, and the assessment requirements of teachers themselves were not clear enough. In view of the above phenomenon, some improvements will be made in the next semester.

(1) Continue to play the role of backbone teachers and implement the system of supporting young teachers.

(2) Young teachers should at least have an open class and a lecture in the teaching and research group and pass the classroom teaching.

(3) Young teachers should write at least one article about education and teaching in one semester, and reflect on it through teaching.

(4) This semester, we will formulate specific assessment requirements and training methods for young teachers in 135, standardize the catalogue of assessment materials, arrange relevant requirements for young teachers in 135 at the beginning of school, prepare while working, and be ready to accept the assessment of various departments at any time, so as to significantly improve the education, teaching and class management level of young teachers and make young teachers become the backbone of school teaching as soon as possible.

(C) Strengthen school-based teaching and research to promote teachers' professional development

1. Teaching research based on teaching and research group improves teachers' professional ability.

Teaching and research group is the main position of discipline construction and teacher construction. Teaching and research groups must focus on ensuring and improving the quality of classroom teaching, determine the main line of teaching and research, and carry out a series of activities around the main line.
