Summary of monthly work on the theme of "one thing in January" in moral education in middle schools
Under the guidance of the principal's office, we will train XXX in the Political and Educational Affairs Office of XXX Middle School.
First, manual guidance and scientific planning.
The Political and Educational Affairs Department carefully studied the operation manual of the new education experimental month, understood the specific operation process of the "monthly activity" project, and scientifically planned the theme of the monthly activity for a school year in combination with the reality of junior high school in our school. The determination of these twelve themes is closely related to the reality of students' school life and has strong pertinence. For example, students just started school in September, emphasizing civilized and standardized education; 10 month includes National Day; February includes the Spring Festival holiday, and students have various opportunities for communication. There will be a mid-term exam and a final exam in June, emphasizing honesty education. For the implementation of the January incident, the Political and Educational Affairs Office refers to the operation manual, combines the different age characteristics of the first, second and third grade students in the school, and does different small things every month under the common theme requirements. Second, standardize operations and pay attention to actual results.
In strict accordance with the requirements of the January incident operation process, the Political and Educational Affairs Office has implemented five major sections: theme background, theme reading, theme practice, theme display and theme reflection. The activity plan of each theme month must be completed before the end of last month, and after being audited by the principal's office, it will be distributed to all classes at the beginning of the month. The monthly activity plan includes several necessary items: Jianghai Humanities Reading Club, blackboard newspaper, theme class meeting, school center activities, grade center activities, etc. Class activities are decided by the class itself. In order to implement each activity, the Political and Educational Affairs Office must pay attention to avoiding empty talk when designing each activity, set the time, place and person in charge when implementing the activity, and evaluate each activity at the same time. The evaluation results serve as an important basis for class moral education assessment. The Political and Educational Affairs Office participated in the theme education activities of the whole school, including activity records, photos, assessment and account information. After each month's activities, we will summarize and commend the outstanding classes and individuals in each activity, compile account information, and announce the highlights of the activities in the publicity column. Through this mode of operation, class competition is fierce, and students often have the opportunity to get ahead and participate actively.
Third, "Jianghai Humanities" is a perfect match.
Under the guidance of the principal's office of XX Middle School, Jianghai Humanities Studio was established in September. The content of each issue of Jianghai Humanities is in line with the educational theme of "1.1 Incident", with 1.1 as the theme. Jianghai humanities are the main materials for theme reading. Every month, around a certain theme, the class responsible for drafting will select excellent articles in various newspapers and magazines, and strive to make each article thought-provoking, tear-jerking, inspiring or inspiring. Then the editing teacher will select articles, do two introspection questions after each article, and publish them after careful editing. The cover of the second issue of each issue of Jianghai Humanities shows the achievements of last month's theme education, and the Echo Wall publishes excellent reflection articles and excellent post-reading articles on last month's theme education activities.
Fourth, students are the main body and teachers are the protagonists.
In view of the fact that our students are junior high school students with high comprehensive quality, we should give full play to the students' main role in the theme education activities once a month, and the class teacher should play the role of guidance, consultation and supervision. The monthly theme education activity plan is not only distributed to the class teacher, but also held a meeting of the monitor, which makes it clear that the monitor is the person in charge of the class activities and requires the monitor to implement it scientifically. It can be said that every activity arranged by our school, from planning, implementation to summary, is completed by students. The courseware of our theme class meeting is beautifully made, rich in content, educational and contemporary, and all of them are excellent works of students. The leading role of teachers is more reflected in grasping the direction, ensuring safety, and giving timely help in the snow.
The following are some written materials of "Communication Theme Education Month" in our school in February, 20xx:
