Another countermeasure is "sparse". The so-called "sparse" is to guide students to read so-called high-taste literary works, so that students naturally alienate online novels. This method is too idealistic. In fact, our middle school Chinese teacher has been doing this method, but the effect is not great. In the process of research, I also made such an attempt to recommend some literary classics with strong plots to students, such as The Count of Monte Cristo and Les Miserables, but the students did not have much feelings and experiences. And many books and instructions we give students are just wishful thinking, without considering the reality of students. Therefore, "sparse" is also difficult to operate.
In this regard, I see it this way. The unique path and sudden emergence of online novels is a new force in cultural diversity and a new fragrant garden in literary landscape. However, the division between online novels and literary "regular troops" is impossible and unnecessary. In fact, no one can replace anyone. You can be a towering tree, and I can be a lush shrub; You can be full of flowers, and I can shake it gently; You can be elegant and luxurious, and I can be simple and fresh. Only by "facing the future" can people's aesthetic requirements be diversified, multi-level and the inherent law of artistic development be satisfied. It is the correct orientation of online novels and the best choice for their maturity and prosperity.
As a high school student at the turn of the new century, students strongly feel the changes in the education system, which is increasing their tolerance for extracurricular books at an unprecedented speed. Then, as a Chinese teacher, how to face the impact of online novels? I think it should be both sparse and guiding.
