First, abide by the party's political discipline and implement the "eight regulations" of the central government and relevant regulations of provinces, cities and counties.
(1) implementation. As a party member, over the years, he has always been strict with himself in accordance with party member standards, strictly abided by the party's political discipline, conscientiously implemented the "eight central regulations" and relevant regulations of provinces, cities and county committees, maintained a high degree of consistency with the CPC Central Committee and county committees in ideological and political actions, better implemented the party's principles, lines and policies, consciously implemented the people-centered centralism principle, maintained the unity of leading bodies, and always adhered to the overall situation as the priority and obeyed the overall situation. Consciously strengthen the political discipline education for cadres and the masses, timely discover, remind and correct some incipient problems in government organs and villages, consciously use party constitution to regulate the words and deeds of township cadres, and keep their political beliefs, positions and directions unchanged.
(2) Description of relevant information. First, in terms of official vehicles, there are two types of office vehicles with a displacement of 1.8 liters. Going out is arranged by the office, and there is no special car. 2. Personal housing: fpb Family Building has a set of commercial housing with an area of125m2. Third, the office space is 15 square meters. Fourth, in terms of human feelings and job consumption, you pay for your own consumption. Fifth, there is no secretary. Sixth, in terms of expenditure, it is strictly implemented in accordance with standards and there is no violation. Seventh, the children of family members are employed, the wife works in xx-x, and the son is unemployed after graduating from college. Eighth, regarding the access to private clubs, there is no access to private clubs.
(3) Existing problems. First, there is a phenomenon that the study of the party's major policies is not deep enough and not timely enough; Second, there is a problem of insufficient publicity and implementation of the party's line, principles and policies in the work; Third, unfamiliar with business knowledge; Fourth, the ideological understanding is not fully in place, and the implementation of the "eight regulations" lacks tenacity and tenacity. The atmosphere of saving is not strong enough. There is a phenomenon that the implementation of the system is tight and loose, and there is a lack of consistent and unremitting work. Fifth, the work measures are relatively simple and general, lacking operational systems and regulations, and some systems have been established for a long time, which are not suitable for the new situation and have not been revised in time; Sixth, the effectiveness of implementing the "eight regulations" is mainly reflected in saving funds and expenses. The problem of formalism is still outstanding. The phenomenon of copying, copying and reporting to superiors still exists. Combined with reality, the lack of implementation is not accurate enough to strengthen the direction of work style construction.
Second, the "four winds" problems
Since the launch of educational practice activities, I have found out my own "four winds" problem through investigation, interviews, discussion, distribution of opinions and suggestions, introduction, self-examination, help from colleagues, and mass comments. For example, a colleague pointed out to me that I don't go deep into the grass-roots level, communicate with employees less, have long meetings, and assign a deputy to replace me. It was also pointed out that I went to the grassroots to investigate and study less and didn't know enough about the facts; Some people criticized me for being too careless, thinking too seriously and speaking well. At the same time, we also learned from the questionnaire survey that some constructive opinions and suggestions were put forward in the aspects of incomplete coverage of audit work, low audit rectification rate, strengthening the construction of audit cadres, preventing and controlling audit risks, and building audit information. By collecting and sorting out these opinions and suggestions, we can draw a conclusion that I have the following outstanding problems in four winds:
(A) the problems of formalism
1. Lack of systematic study, especially the study of audit business knowledge and financial laws and regulations. Theoretical study is only satisfied with completing the "prescribed actions", reading documents and newspapers, or even just reading the title without reading the content. It is not enough to study hard. In the process of learning, the comparative transformation of world outlook, outlook on life and values is not deep enough, and there is a lack of learning by doing.
2. Do not pay attention to the combination of investigation and research, mechanically follow the book, follow the book, sometimes divorced from reality in work, consider more macro things, fewer small links, and the meeting is too long.
3. Using scientific theory to guide practice, the ability to solve problems is not enough, and thinking, decision-making and handling problems are not systematic, scientific and predictable.
4. The meeting emphasized more, less supervision and inspection, more subjective judgment based on experience, less in-depth investigation and research at the grassroots level, and great randomness in work.
5. Thinking about problems and making decisions is not deep enough, sitting in the office more, listening to reports more, going deep into the grassroots less, divorced from the masses, not grounded enough, and occasionally being late.
6. Serious humanism, more praise and less criticism of cadres, tight grasp within eight hours, strict requirements, loose management within eight hours, insufficient concern for cadres' personal problems, more laws and regulations, and less care and help.
Bureaucracy problem
1. Civil servants are weak in consciousness and do not care enough about the masses. They have no clear understanding of "who to rely on, for whom, and who I am" in their minds. They stick to the rules and advocate working by experience.
2. The "official standard" doctrine is prominent, criticizing comrades for not paying attention to ways and means.
3. At work, I don't think enough about practical problems and am eager to achieve success; Sometimes I think more about personal things.
4. Serving the masses, relying on the masses is not enough, going deep into the grassroots, in-depth auditing is less, and caring about the living problems of cadres and workers is not enough.
5. Less communication with employees and team members, insufficient solution to practical problems at the grassroots level, and insufficient care and help for employees in their thoughts, work and life; Insufficient attention is paid to general work, and there is a problem of avoiding the important and neglecting the important.
