The central workshop is the school where the Red Army trains cadres. The time when the Central Training Center was established in Beiping was 1933. The school is directly under the Ministry of Education of the Central Soviet Area, and the curriculum is divided into two parts: advanced class and elementary class. The advanced class lasts for one year and consists of military, political and cultural courses. The primary class lasts for two years, mainly studying Chinese, arithmetic, writing, painting, bookkeeping and other courses.
