(1) Each unit shall submit the registration form of continuing education hours, the original certificate of continuing education for teachers and relevant learning proof materials to the local continuing education school for teachers.

(2) County Education Bureaus are responsible for the preliminary examination of the Registration Form of Continuing Education Hours of each school, truthfully fill in the learning contents and hours on the original vouchers of teachers' continuing education, and submit the inspection report to the Municipal Education Bureau.

(3) The Municipal Education Bureau shall, jointly with the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, conduct a review and stamp inspection according to the preliminary examination of the county education bureaus.
