Since 2005, we have started to carry out intergenerational family education as the breakthrough point, and given full play to the role of "five seniors" and "five seniors" volunteers in intergenerational family education, actively exploring, working hard and paying attention to summarization. Over the past eight years, we have made remarkable achievements and explored some experiences.

First, intergenerational family education is the need for the healthy growth of minors.

Why should the Committee pay attention to family education of different generations? How to catch it? First of all, we have a clear understanding and unified our thinking; Secondly, choose a suitable angle and position in social practice; Then we grasped the key and took the initiative. Children's education is a systematic project, and school education, social education and family education must be closely linked to make them cooperate with each other, complement each other and complement each other. This is a true reflection of the real social life in our district.

From this, we realize that in modern family education, intergenerational family education is a problem worthy of attention and needs to be carefully grasped. It is far from enough to do a good job in family education and only pay attention to parents. We should also be good grandparents, improve their quality, so that they can study, do something and have fun without leaving home, and do a good job of taking care of the next generation.

(2) intergenerational family education is an important part of family education. To do a good job in family education, we must do a good job in intergenerational family education.

Family is the child's first class, and parents and grandparents are the children's first teachers. Family is the smallest cell in society, and good family education is conducive to family harmony and involves social harmony. Family education is the responsibility of parents and grandparents. Nowadays, the family structure is changing. There are more and more "four, two, one" families, and it is more common for four old people to look after their grandchildren. The next generation of family education occupies a prominent position in the whole family education. In the work of caring for students for more than ten years, the working committee of our district has contacted all kinds of families in society, especially those whose parents are dead, disabled and divorced. Grandparents become the main support for raising and educating their grandchildren, and the role of intergenerational education is more significant. Therefore, while doing a good job in parenting education, we should also do a good job in intergenerational education.

(3) intergenerational family education has built a broad platform for the "five seniors" to play their role on the spot.

Intergenerational family education has distinct characteristics. This is a great educational resource and an important social teacher team. With the further development of this work, the volunteer team will become bigger and bigger. Therefore, paying attention to intergenerational family education means "thinking about the needs of teenagers" and "doing the best of the working Committee", which provides a broad space for giving full play to the role of "five old people" and builds a platform for exerting the waste heat.

Second, we must make great efforts to improve the quality of our ancestors in order to grasp the family education of each generation.

Teachers should be educated first. Grandparents need to study hard to do a good job in intergenerational family education. According to the investigation of relevant departments, more than 80% of parents have not learned how to educate their children, and the proportion of grandparents is even higher. Due to different times, some elderly people have outdated knowledge and backward concepts. Although their original intention in raising children is good, the results often fail to meet expectations. So accept the knowledge of raising grandchildren. If grandparents want to be good parents, they can't just take care of their children's daily life and urge them to learn culture. Instead, they must keep pace with the times, educate their children with modern family education concepts and scientific methods, and let them develop morally, intellectually, physically and artistically. Only by constantly absorbing new knowledge, new ideas and new concepts in practice can grandparents develop their strengths and avoid weaknesses, and be good guides for the future of the motherland and the healthy growth of children. In the process of grasping the education of the intergenerational family, the working committees at all levels in our district have grasped the key points through various forms and methods to improve the quality of their ancestors in a down-to-earth manner, so that the education of the intergenerational family is full of vitality and continues to develop in depth.

(1) Commending the advanced and popularizing the experience.

In 2005, 2007, and 20 10, the district work committee commended 50 "good grandfathers" and "good grandparents and grandchildren" for creating a harmonious family. After selection, 15 papers won the Excellence Award, 16 papers won the Memorial Award, 14 excellent papers were presented at the meeting, and six grandparents introduced their experiences. Chentangzhuang Street Working Committee conducted a general survey of nearly 1,000 families with intergenerational education in the whole street 12 communities. Grandparents and grandparents put forward more than 20 specific learning contents such as "parenting style, mental health, communication skills, nutritious diet and role adjustment" in raising grandchildren. Some of them want to attend lectures, others suggest that the community hold training courses and want to learn from their grandchildren's experience nearby. The survey results show that grandparents have an urgent need for the guidance of intergenerational family education and have enthusiasm and enthusiasm for receiving education. In order to meet the needs of grandparents and solve their puzzles and problems in raising grandchildren, as early as 20 10, at the commendation meeting of "Good Grandparents and Good Grandparents" held by the District Working Committee, the Chentangzhuang Street Working Committee proposed to build an "intergenerational parent education school" to improve the quality of grandparents. The District Working Committee immediately gave strong support and worked hard to cultivate this model in future practical work. Over the past few years, Chentangzhuang Street Working Committee has been exploring in the practice of carrying out intergenerational family education, and has taken the lead in opening the "General School of Intergenerational Parent Education School". In less than three years, the whole street 12 communities established the "every generation parent education school branch", which achieved full coverage. The teachers of "Every Generation Parent Education School" are composed of "five old" volunteers, some are experienced old teachers, some are advanced model figures in the community, and some are old comrades of the street committee. Each branch school has 2 to 3 counselors, and the registered number is 126. They collectively prepared lessons and tried to give lectures repeatedly, and gradually formed four 16 topics: education, methods, health and nutrition, and environment. So far, they have compiled tens of thousands of words of lesson plans. The "Parent Education School" of Chentangzhuang Street Committee has been established for three years, and it has achieved "five fixings", namely, "time, place, content, students and teachers" are basically fixed. According to statistics, over the past few years, 256 classes and counseling lectures have been held, and more than 6,200 parents attended the lectures. Every class is full, some grandparents take their grandparents to listen, while others let their sons and daughters listen. The "intergenerational parent education school" is becoming more and more prosperous. Every weekend, let the granddaughter take charge of the "power" of the family, and the children share the housework, cultivate the children's ability to work and take care of themselves, and learn to respect the work of others. The child has been rated as a three-good student at the municipal level for five consecutive years. Over the past few years, the Working Committee of our district has carried out intergenerational family education, which has enabled grandparents in the family to establish a correct educational concept in their study and practice, the educational methods are more scientific, the ability to raise grandchildren is obviously improved, and children grow up healthily in a good atmosphere.

Practice has proved that the quality and effect of education, whether parents' education or grandparents' education, are not distinguished by the difference of educational subjects, but the key lies in scientific education, which is determined by the scientific nature of education. The educational concept is correct, the educational method is scientific, and the educational quality of the intergenerational families is of course high.

Fourth, the thinking and prospect of the next generation of family education.

In years of practice, we feel that intergenerational family education needs to be done well in three aspects to adapt to the new situation of rapid economic and social development and achieve tangible results on a larger level.

(1) Constantly raise awareness and clarify the status and role of intergenerational family education.

At present, the understanding of intergenerational family education in society is not consistent. We believe that in cities, especially in rural areas, intergenerational family education is the need of real life, which is determined by China's national conditions and should be actively faced. Through eight years' practice, we have strengthened our confidence and determined to continue the activities of selecting and commending "Good Grandpa, Good Grandpa, Good Grandpa" and "Three generations of grandparents and grandchildren create a harmonious family", and organize family education seminars, lectures and seminars of different generations through various forms to publicize typical examples, carry forward the advanced and highlight the "five elders" and "five elders".

(2) Keep pace with the times and constantly improve the comprehensive quality of grandparents.

Intergenerational family education is an important part of family education. Grandparents have different educational levels and cognitive abilities, and their quality needs to be further improved. It is understood that some ancestors have relatively high comprehensive quality, but the proportion is not large; Some people have relatively low comprehensive quality, lack of professional knowledge of raising grandchildren and modern scientific and cultural knowledge, and do not know much about scientific education methods, accounting for a large proportion. Therefore, efforts should be made to improve the comprehensive quality of these people. Only by improving the comprehensive quality of grandparents' parents from these aspects can we ensure the improvement of the education quality of each generation. In addition, it is necessary to constantly improve the construction of intergenerational parent education schools. Continue to support and promote the grass-roots work committees to use community civic schools and primary and secondary school parents' schools to regularly carry out training for grandparents. Support and encourage grass-roots working committees to build intergenerational family education associations and other forms of learning platforms, improve the quality of grandparents' parents, make more families become learning, civilized and harmonious families, and create a good growth environment for children.

(3) Strengthen guidance and correctly handle the relationship between intergenerational education and parental education.

To do a good job in family education, we must deal with the relationship between intergenerational family education and parental education. It is clear that the main body of family education is parental education, and the intergenerational family education is a useful supplement to parental education. Only by truly recognizing this point can we choose a good angle and stand in a good position (the families of left-behind children in rural areas should be another matter). Focusing on the goal of educating children, grandparents and fathers perform their respective duties, cooperate closely, complement each other's advantages, promote intergenerational harmony, form educational synergy, make family education colorful, get twice the result with half the effort, and receive tangible results.
