Ninghai Education Bureau Work Plan:

1. Promote the preparation for creation. Promote the establishment of provincial modern schools. Do a good job in monitoring the development level of provincial education modernization and the ecological monitoring of basic education, ensure that the monitoring results are carried forward in the whole province, and prepare for the success of "Pratt & Whitney County with Universal Preschool Education in China" (2023) and "County with High Quality and Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in China" (2024).

2. Accelerate the optimization of educational resources. It involves the education project 1 1, and six projects are planned to be completed. Newly-built Liyang Town Preschool Education Center, Changjie Town No.2 Kindergarten, county experimental (Wenyushun) kindergarten expansion and educational infrastructure upgrading. 7 projects including Taoyuan No.2 Primary School, Puxi Kindergarten and Qiaotouhu Central Kindergarten.

3. Promote the development of education quality. Further promote the full implementation of the "Three Navigation Projects" and follow up the digital project of "Ning Xin Escort" for students' psychological crisis early warning and intervention. Solidly promote the "strong junior high school" project and accelerate the substantive operation of urban and rural education community schools. Create a "double high" project for vocational education and lifelong education in the city, and strive to be a pilot unit for five-year talent training in the province.

4. Promote comprehensive education reform. Promote the preparation of teacher quality assurance projects and increase the proportion of public teachers. Formulate the fourth round of preschool education action plan (2022-2025), rectify small and scattered kindergartens, and the inclusive enrollment coverage rate of non-profit kindergartens in the county is 100%, so as to speed up the admission rate of quality parks. It is planned to newly evaluate 7 provincial second-class kindergartens.
