At present, there are 13 bachelor's degrees in China, including 12 academic bachelor's degrees and 1 professional bachelor's degrees. 12 academic bachelor's degree is philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management, art and so on, while 1 professional bachelor's degree is architecture.

There are bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees. A "postdoctoral" is not a degree, but a doctoral degree winner who is allowed to enter Post-Doctoral Research Center for scientific research. Master's degree and doctor's degree are awarded by institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions awarded by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee.

Bachelor's degree is the name and type of degree awarded in the undergraduate stage of higher education.
