I think such a child is close to morbid psychology. They have no correct concept of honor and disgrace. They think that the unusual way is personality, which will attract the envy of peers. They think that in a group of flowers, it is always just an unremarkable flower. When it becomes a grass, it will stand out from the flowers and attract people's attention, and it may become a grass appreciated by flowers.
Junior high school children, their psychological characteristics are the pursuit of individuality and rebellion, which we as teachers can not change. But we can't let them develop freely. I think such a teacher is unqualified and incompetent, and will only mislead other people's children. They are too young and experienced a lot, so they can't understand right and wrong.
And our existence is to preach and tell them what is truth, what is right and wrong, what to do and what not to do. When they have a correct outlook on life, then we will teach and impart knowledge. Let them know more about science. Millions of things follow certain rules.
Many things we see in front of us are made by learning knowledge, and they don't exist at all. As a teacher, we should have profound knowledge of specialized courses, fully combine teaching with practice, link knowledge with reality, and don't let students feel that what they have learned is only theoretical knowledge in books, which has no practical significance.
As a teacher, we should take care of students in study, life and thought, and take care of them in all directions. They are still young and have many doubts about this colorful world. We should enrich ourselves and have extensive knowledge to help them solve their curiosity about the world. Teachers' professional development refers to the professional growth process that teachers acquire professional knowledge and skills in education, implement professional autonomy, show professional ethics, gradually improve teaching quality and become an excellent education professional through lifelong professional training. For us who are about to become teachers, I have gained a lot by learning this section.
Although we have received professional training in normal universities and obtained qualified teacher qualification certificates, this does not mean that we are a mature education and teaching professional. With the continuation of teaching experience, accumulation of experience, renewal of knowledge and constant reflection, we will gradually reach professional maturity.
In the process of teachers' professional development, there are different stages of development and different development problems. The continuous solution of these problems has promoted the continuous development of the new teachers' profession in China. In the book, I learned that teachers' professional development is divided into five stages.
The first stage is the "non-closed" stage, which is the stage before entering the formal teacher. The influence of this stage's experience on the future teachers' professional development can not be ignored. The education and teaching knowledge and ideas formed at this stage will even continue to the stage of teachers' formal vocational education.
The second stage is the "virtual attention" stage, which is generally the pre-service teacher education stage. At this stage, the main body of our development is students, which can only be called "quasi-teachers" at most, which makes the practice of primary and secondary schools and teachers' life we are in contact with virtual.
Get some experience in the virtual teaching environment, learn and train educational theory and teachers' skills, and have the seeds of professional reflection on yourself, so as to lay a good foundation for officially entering the post stage.
The third stage is the stage of survival care, which is the key stage of teachers' professional development, and its prominent feature is mutation and adaptation. At this stage, we are not only faced with the role transformation from educators to formal teachers.
There is also a running-in period between theoretical knowledge and specific teaching practice, during which teachers need to reflect on theory, practice and their relationship in the process of teaching practice to overcome their inadaptability to teaching practice.
The fourth stage is the task attention stage. After the initial semester, our new teachers gradually entered the stage of task concern. This is a period of stable and sustainable development in all aspects of teachers' professional structure. With the mastery of basic survival knowledge and skills, teachers' self-confidence is constantly enhanced.
Pay more attention to teaching, whether I can do it, and how to do it. At one stage, we began to try to influence students by changing teaching methods and methods.
The fifth stage is "self-renewal and attention". At this stage, the motivation of its professional development has shifted to the professional development itself, no longer subject to external evaluation or career promotion, but directly oriented to professional development. Knowing the five stages of teachers' professional development, I know that each stage needs a lot of efforts.
I think it takes a lot of effort to change from a student to a professional teacher. In order to make myself more smooth after graduation, I will strive to improve myself from all aspects, cultivate my higher academic professionalism, improve my educational professionalism, establish a correct professional awareness, expand my professional knowledge and improve my professional ability.
