Xun Kuang was a thinker and educator at the end of the Warring States Period. He developed Confucianism, which began to have a simple materialistic tendency. He put great emphasis on the education of the day after tomorrow, and thought that as long as you work hard, "perseverance can open a stone" and latecomers can catch up. He equates teachers with heaven, earth, monarch and relatives. And further pointed out: "the country will be prosperous, expensive education and heavy fu ... the country will decline, and cheap education is lighter than fu."
Xun Kuang's thoughts have a great influence not only on later generations, but also on his family. His grandson Xun Shu was influenced by the family environment since childhood. I love reading and I am very talented. I used to be a doctor of medicine in Dangtu, the county magistrate. Later, he resigned and went back to his hometown to teach. Knowledgeable and virtuous. His students are countless, and some people come from far away to worship him as a teacher. Even the famous scholars Gu Li and Li Ying are his students.
