1. First, prepare the pictures to be used as templates, and open PowerPoint to create a new blank PPT document.
2. View → Master → Slide Master to enter the master editing state.
Click the "Insert Picture" button on the drawing toolbar (or press "Insert → Picture → From File"), select the picture to be used as a template and confirm. And adjust the picture size to make it consistent with the size of the master.
3. Click the right mouse button on the picture and put it in the stacking order → bottom, so that the picture will not affect the editing of the master typesetting.
4. Now that we have made the template document we need, the next step is to save it after exiting the main view.
File → Save, open the Save As dialog box, and select the presentation design template in the save type.
5. At this time, the program will open the default file saving location, and you don't need to change it. Enter an easy-to-remember name in File Name and confirm to save.
6. Now close this PPT document. Create a new blank document and see if the template document you just finished already appears in your Slide Design.
1, background setting
Background refers to the background color of the slide. The system allows users to change the background color of the template according to their own preferences.
Steps:
(1) Open powerpoint and enter the slide interface.
(2) In the blank of the editing window, click the right mouse button and select "Background".
(3) In the Background dialog box, click the drop-down box button.
Tip: If you just need a solid color, click "Other colors" and choose your favorite color; If you want to fill in other effects, select another effect.
(4) In the Fill Effect dialog box, select the desired effect and click OK.
(5) In the background dialog box, select All Applications or Applications.
Tip: "Apply All" means that the whole presentation is a background. If only one slide uses this background, just select Apply.
