As far as the current educational situation is concerned, humanistic quality is more valued by educators than people-oriented quality. Therefore, the education of values, personality, rights and interests, political thoughts, social participation and other aspects related to improving people-oriented quality is not paid enough attention. The process of education is the process of developing and improving people's value, and the core of people's value lies in self-awareness and self-realization. Because people's value is judged in the social frame of reference, the essence of self-consciousness is the individual's understanding and evaluation of himself in the social background, so as to understand how to adjust and control his behavior to meet the needs of society. The core of self-realization is driven by outlook on life, pursuing integrity of personality and realizing human value in social undertakings. If our education regards self-awareness and self-realization as selfishness and individualism, and brings nihilism to it, or even regulates the value formation that restricts the development of individual personality in the name of the overall needs of society, the consequences will only lead to real individualism and selfish behavior that lacks social responsibility. Personality education is conducive to the formation of human dignity, which not only requires the society to confirm that "man is the highest value and ultimate goal of social development", but also requires individuals to respect themselves, self-discipline, abide by social ethics, fairly judge right and wrong, and establish social relations of mutual respect and concern with people. At the same time, our education should also make people realize that people are human because they enjoy the rights and obligations of a citizen and also have a responsibility. Without the above awareness, we can only say that our humanistic quality is not high, and it is our educational task to improve, develop and upgrade this quality. At present, people are lamenting that the world is getting worse and worse, which has something to do with our insufficient attention to humanistic quality education.
