I. Organizational structure

The Ministry of Education entrusts the Cross-Strait Admissions Service Center to be responsible for the use and management of the registration system, enrollment publicity, admission list submission and other related work for ordinary colleges and universities to recruit high school graduates from Taiwan Province Province according to the results of Taiwan Province Province. People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) College Joint Admissions Office for Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Students (hereinafter referred to as the Joint Admissions Office) is responsible for summarizing and submitting the admission results of some colleges and universities. Colleges and universities are responsible for the preparation of enrollment plans, examination of candidates' registration qualifications, examination and recruitment, and enrollment publicity. The examination center of the Ministry of Education is responsible for providing information on academic examination results, and qualified universities assist in the verification of academic examination results.

Second, registration.

(1) Qualification for registration

Senior high school graduates from Taiwan Province Province who hold the Residence Permit of Taiwan Province Province or the mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and valid identification of living in Taiwan Province Province, and whose academic test scores in any subject of Chinese, Mathematics and English reached above the average in that year, can apply. The certificate held by the candidate must be consistent with the candidate's own information and within the validity period.

(2) Time and method of registration

The registration time is from March 1 day to March 3 1 day, 2022.

Registration method: Candidates can log in to the registration system for recruiting senior high school graduates in Taiwan Province Province (website: /z/tw/) according to their academic examination results in Taiwan Province Province. Candidates are required to enter personal information as required, upload personal documents, electronic photos, academic test scores, candidates' commitment letter of integrity and other basic materials, and submit the authorization letter for performance inspection and other materials required by colleges and universities. Before the registration deadline, candidates can modify the basic information and other information. After the registration deadline, candidates cannot modify the basic materials in principle. Candidates should accurately fill in personal online registration information and provide real materials.

System registration does not charge candidates registration fees.

(3) Voluntary service

Voluntary reporting adopts parallel volunteer method. Candidates must carefully read the operation guide of the registration system and the college enrollment brochure before filling in their volunteers, and understand the basic situation of colleges and universities, enrollment majors, independent enrollment requirements, charging standards, admission principles and other precautions. Candidates should fill in their volunteers according to the college entrance examination conditions and related requirements.

Each candidate can fill in 6 colleges and universities when registering, and each college can fill in 6 majors, and choose whether to obey the professional adjustment. Candidates can modify their volunteers before the registration deadline, but not after the deadline.

(4) Precautions

All the consequences caused by candidates' failure to meet the requirements and related requirements, incorrect information or false information shall be borne by candidates themselves.

Third, auditing and evaluation.

The assessment time is from April 1 day to May 14, 2022.

(1) Audit stage

Colleges and universities are responsible for the qualification examination of candidates who apply for their own schools. Download candidates' information and materials, and conduct preliminary examination of candidates' registration qualifications, including identity audit, academic qualifications audit and academic examination results audit. Colleges and universities may require candidates to modify or supplement materials (basic materials cannot be modified) and re-examine.

Candidates should log in to the system in time to check the audit results. The system shows that candidates who pass the preliminary examination should pay attention to the examination notice of colleges and universities. If the system shows that materials need to be corrected or supplemented, candidates should correct or supplement relevant materials within the specified time, check the audit results in time after submission, and those submitted after the deadline will no longer be accepted. The system shows that candidates who fail the preliminary examination are not allowed to participate in the assessment and admission. Candidates who practise fraud are disqualified according to relevant regulations, those who have passed the examination are disqualified, and those who have been admitted are disqualified.

(2) Evaluation stage

After the exam, colleges and universities inform candidates to take the exam. Colleges and universities can increase written tests or interviews as needed, and the specific assessment method, time and place shall be determined by colleges and universities.

Candidates should take the exam according to the requirements of the university notice. Candidates applying for arts and sports majors should pay attention to the time, place and related requirements of college interviews (professional examinations).

Fourth, admission

Acceptance principle

According to the test results of candidates, colleges and universities can refer to the study experience and social practice of candidates during middle school and choose the best candidates according to the enrollment brochures announced to the public. Colleges and universities cannot refuse to accept disabled candidates whose grades meet the requirements, whose physical conditions can complete their reported professional studies and can take care of themselves.

1. Minimum admission criteria

In 2022, mathematics measurement subjects are divided into mathematics A and mathematics B.

Candidates' academic test scores in that year reached the average score of any subject in Chinese, math A/B and English test.

2. Colleges and universities can attach requirements.

Colleges and universities can independently determine subjects (no more than four) and corresponding grading requirements according to different professional requirements, and can add written tests or interviews as needed. Colleges and universities can formulate specific admission rules according to this principle and the actual situation of their own schools.

(2) Admission arrangements

Colleges and universities should be admitted according to the principle of merit, and a candidate cannot be admitted to multiple majors in the same school. Colleges and universities should upload the proposed admission list to the system before May 15, 2022, and the system will uniformly announce the proposed admission list of each school on May 15. Colleges with good students can appropriately increase enrollment plans and enroll more candidates.

Candidates must log in to the system from May 15 to May 19 to check their admission status and confirm their admission. Candidates who fail to confirm within the time limit shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualifications and shall not participate in the solicitation of voluntary registration. After the candidates are confirmed, colleges and universities can issue admission notices.

(3) Solicit voluntary arrangements

Colleges and universities with insufficient students, unfinished enrollment plans or new enrollment plans will make up the records by collecting volunteers. Colleges and universities should formulate the catalogue and enrollment requirements for collecting voluntary enrollment on May 20th.

The registration time for candidates is from May 2 1 day to May 3 1 day. Candidates who have registered in the first round do not need to re-register, just fill in their volunteers and submit other materials required by the institution.

Colleges and universities will conduct examination, assessment and admission from June 1 day to June 20/day, and upload the admission candidates list to the system before June 2 1 day, and the system will uniformly announce the admission candidates list of each school on June 2 1 day.

Candidates must log in to the system from June 2 1 day to June 25 to check their admission and confirm their admission. Candidates who fail to confirm within the time limit are deemed to have waived their admission qualifications. After the candidates are confirmed, colleges and universities can issue admission notices.

Candidates hold the admission notice and go through the registration formalities according to the time and relevant requirements stipulated by the university. Students should pay tuition and other fees when they enter the school, and the charging standard is the same as that of students of the same school and major in Chinese mainland. Freshmen will undergo a physical examination according to the arrangement of the university after entering the school. Those who do not meet the conditions will be disqualified; Only those with limited majors can transfer to other non-limited majors.
