2. The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required to perform job responsibilities. It mainly adopts one or more combination forms such as professional skills, classroom teaching, simulated classroom, lectures and structured interviews.

Requirements for examination and compilation of kindergarten teachers:

1. Age requirements: 18 years old, under 35 years old.

2. Education requirements: College degree or above, and obtain corresponding education or degree certificate.

3. Certificate requirements: the kindergarten teacher qualification certificate has been obtained.

4. Other requirements: Have China nationality, abide by the laws and constitution of China, and love education.
