Establish professional academic journals, make full use of the journal editing center, and invite outstanding preschool education experts at home and abroad and international authorities in this research field to serve as editorial boards, and hold high-level lectures and seminars. 3. Hold international academic seminars. Regularly hold Montessori education seminars at home and abroad, invite internationally renowned experts and scholars to participate, gather domestic preschool elites, teachers, scholars, parents and students to conduct extensive academic exchanges and discussions together, and build the college into a world-class Montessori education research and information center.
(2) Teacher Training and Certification Center
Teacher training and teacher qualification certification will be one of the important tasks of the society, and high-level teachers are the key to the success and development of Montessori education. The college will set up the most powerful teacher training team in China to systematically train Montessori teachers and bilingual teachers, so that teachers can master Montessori education knowledge, establish teachers' teaching confidence, fully mobilize teachers' enthusiasm for teaching and scientific research, and ensure the training of qualified Montessori teachers. The center will gradually establish Montessori teacher qualification certification and evaluation system and teacher sustainable development system.
1. Create a teacher training base. Make full use of our many years of teacher training experience and good cooperation with foreign countries, adopt the strategy of combining with international Montessori institutions first, and then seeking independent development, and finally realize the localization of teacher training.
2. Establish teacher qualification certification standards and establish a teacher sustainable development system. However, at present, the high market price of Montessori teaching AIDS makes them flinch and out of reach. R&D Center combines its many years' teaching aid production experience to develop and produce Montessori preschool learning tools, teaching AIDS and daily necessities suitable for China's national conditions. Implement product direct selling strategy to reduce costs. The teaching AIDS developed by the institute are sold in North America, Europe and other places.
3. Hold an international exposition on preschool education products, resources and talents. Regularly hold exhibitions on Montessori education, preschool education and children's products at home and abroad, invite manufacturers, teachers and administrators, designers and researchers of teaching materials and teaching AIDS in the field of early childhood education, make full use of the participation of famous early childhood education companies, toy companies and manufacturers at home and abroad, and exchange scientific research achievements and development projects in the early childhood education industry.
