Homework is not allowed in the first and second grades of primary school. Teachers can arrange appropriate consolidation exercises indoors. Except for the first and second grades, the average time for completing written homework in other grades is no more than 60 minutes, and the time for completing written homework in junior high school cannot exceed 90 minutes. It is necessary to arrange homework according to the learning situation and arrange the number of homework reasonably. The difficulty of homework should not exceed the requirements of national curriculum standards, and homework should cover different aspects as far as possible to avoid complicated and ineffective training.

Strengthen the guidance of homework completion, carefully correct the feedback homework, and do not assign homework to parents. Teachers should strengthen the supervision of homework, and students should not be allowed to correct homework by themselves, and students should not be allowed to evaluate each other's homework. Schools should guide parents to establish a correct educational concept, do not assign homework to parents, and prohibit parents from correcting homework. Off-campus training is strictly prohibited, the operation and management mechanism is improved, and extracurricular tutoring activities are strictly prohibited. Teachers' completion of the ten requirements should also be included in supervision, assessment and evaluation.
