The ice-breaking activity of teacher Ling Zhou's Variations on Raindrops ignited the students' enthusiasm. The theme I shared with my classmates is "This way of communication makes the relationship more harmonious!"
I share with my classmates from four aspects: distinguishing facts from ideas, how to express feelings, how to express requests and how to listen. There are two short stories about how to communicate, one about my classmates and the other about my own experience.
What did the teachers and students gain after listening to the lecture?
Extract some feedback information from teachers and classmates!
Classmate 1:
Feeling: The teacher's speech made me know a lot of psychological knowledge, and my nervous heart was released. The story was so vivid and quiet that even my (so) introverted classmates laughed. Open your heart, relax and study happily in this class.
Suggestion: don't write.
Classmate 2: Zhou Moumou
Feeling: I feel very relieved, and the stones piled up in my heart have fallen to the ground. I feel that the speaker is my bosom friend, and my thoughts seem to be seen through by him. I have a positive feeling in my heart and don't want to be decadent any more. He is like a guide, showing me the way forward.
Suggestion: The teacher is talking, the students should be quiet, and the students should speak actively.
Classmate 3:
Feeling: the effect is very good, and everyone is very involved. In the process of teaching, I took myself as an example and listed a lot of materials, which was very vivid.
Suggestion: Please look at the back, don't just talk in front, please give the students behind some opportunities.
Classmate 4:
Feeling: Know the difference between facts and ideas, know that everyone is imperfect, don't expect too much from others, ask yourself and be tolerant of others. We should learn how to face the words and deeds of others. Different opinions have different expressions and different results. To express correctly, think twice before speaking, choose an expression that others will accept, listen to what others say, and try not to comment or comment less on what others say.
Suggestion: Treat your emotions correctly, be a "master of emotions" in the theme class, express your needs correctly and understand others.
……
Teacher 1: I was lucky enough to attend the lecture on "Psychological Empowerment, Helping a Happy Life". Through the teacher's explanation, I re-recognized the importance of mental health education for middle school students. Psychological problems have become the most intractable problems in school education, and ignoring psychological problems will do great harm to teaching.
Teacher 2: Through this lecture, I learned some communication skills with students. When we communicate with students, we should look at the problem from the perspective of students, so that the communication with students can be easily accepted by students. At the same time, listen to the students' ideas.

On the way back, Dr. Liu from the Psychological Counseling Center of the District Hospital and Mr. Zhou from Yunlong Middle School gave me pertinent and valuable suggestions, and combined with their own personal experience, made a summary of what needs to be adjusted and improved in this lecture:
1, the content is a little too much and needs to be simplified.
2. The content of the lecture is somewhat difficult for the seventh-grade students to understand.
3. It is necessary to add 3-4 stories, because students are more energetic in telling stories.
4. Slow down and guide students to think positively and share enthusiastically; Mobilize students, teachers and students to talk, communicate and exchange on the spot.
5, prepare candy or small gifts, reward teachers and students who share, and activate the atmosphere.
6. The summary points are printed on students' materials, which reduces students' writing and is convenient for students to understand and master.
This demonstration is the first small step taken by our team. I hope to use every small step to promote mental health education in our district, so as to attract more people and more professionals to join!
I believe that as long as we start to do it, we will certainly gain something!
