PDCR cycle is not a simple repetition at one level, but a process of continuous cycle, continuous improvement and spiral rise. Taking the continuous improvement of patients' satisfaction with health education in hepatology department of our hospital as an example, this paper expounds the application of PDCR cycle in improving the quality of continuous care: (1) Planning stage (P). Through the investigation of patients' satisfaction with health education, we can understand patients' demand for health education and the factors that make them dissatisfied with health education, and then formulate improvement measures: formulate corresponding health education flow chart according to different diseases of hepatitis, and adjust the education content at any time according to individual differences. (2) In the implementation stage (d), the improved health education flow chart is distributed, and the responsible nurses are required to refer to it for implementation; (3) In the inspection stage (c), the nursing department, the head nurse and the quality inspection network personnel in the department check the implementation; (4) In the treatment stage (R), the patients' satisfaction with health education was investigated again, and the experience was summarized to find out the shortcomings. For the new problems in the investigation, turn to the next PDCR cycle, which shows that PDCR cycle is not an end, but a process of constantly discovering problems, improving quality and improving quality.
