It has been more than twelve years since I was invited to Nanwai Xianlin Campus in February 2005. Here, what I have learned, what I have done, and what are the shortcomings, let me briefly review them first.

1. From Qian Tiefeng

2. From senior experts and colleagues
I once worked in an office with Zhao, Wan Derong, Wu Datong and Xu Ruitai. With the support of the president, we actively introduced and contacted experts from universities and research institutes such as provincial and municipal societies, Hanbo Science and Education Center of Southeast University, Research Center for Class Headteachers of Nanjing Normal University, and Jiangsu Primary and Secondary School Principals Training Center to guide our school to improve the academic atmosphere, and our school became the experimental base of these research units.

Third, the shortage.
1. It is not enough to discuss and expand the influence only around "the relationship between educational power and education". The theory of the relationship between educational power and education is an innovative theory to promote the endogenous development of basic education in China, but it has not attracted the attention and promotion of high-level officials, and it has not been discussed and implemented enough in schools.
2. There is no research mechanism for timely diagnosis and treatment of difficult problems in education and teaching. Primary schools have organized teachers to ask questions and invited backbone teachers to answer them. This is a very grounded scientific research practice, but it is a pity that it did not help to summarize and popularize in time, and did not establish a normalized problem diagnosis and error correction mechanism.
3. The planning and operation of the team of famous scientific research teachers is not systematic. Although there are actions to promote the establishment of famous teacher studios, there is a lack of strategic thinking, system deployment and operation on the training of famous teachers and their team building.

In 2005, Li Suo stepped down as the director of Xuanwu District Education Institute, but he never stopped. At that time, he had a high academic reputation in the whole province, but he still used "growth" to describe his twelve years in Nanwai Xianlin. But he regards his work as learning, learning from President Qian and the teachers in the school, which makes me admire.

I like teaching scientific research. When I was teaching scientific research in our school, Li Suo was an expert in project evaluation in our school. I still remember his clear and definite guidance on our project at the meeting site. At that time, I told myself that Li Suo would be an example for me to study on the road of teaching and scientific research in the future.
Later, I went to the district education department to participate in teaching and research. Li is in Xianlin, Nanwai. Because the work is the same, the intersection increases. Every time we meet, we are deeply moved by Li's low profile. Later, I also did psychology teaching and research, and Li happened to be an expert in psychology, which helped me even more. He gave me the courseware and written materials of his life-long scientific research lectures, and has always cared for and guided my psychological work. Every time I dial, I feel suddenly enlightened and my understanding of psychological education is gradually deepened. I tried to do psychology teaching and research with scientific research, and formed the habit of thinking often, which is inseparable from Li's enlightenment guidance on my psychological education.
