At the same time, part-time teaching researchers should give full play to the leading and exemplary role of backbone teachers in education and teaching. They should not only do their own teaching well, manage their classes well and improve their teaching results, but also form their own teaching ideas, teaching models and management experience, and have the ability to demonstrate and lead.
