As a class teacher, we must take root in the students' hearts. The most important thing for teachers is to "sink", sink into the classroom, sink into the students, enter the classroom, approach the students, stay with the students, study together and live together.

As a new teacher, I am deeply impressed by the first series of The Teacher: the education is wonderful and the road is difficult. As the book says, why should I be a class teacher? I keep asking myself. First of all, this is the task assigned to me by the school, and it is also an experience for me. Someone told me that the life of a teacher who is not the head teacher is incomplete. Although the work of the head teacher is complicated, it gives me more opportunities to understand every child's thoughts, which I think other teachers will not feel. When I first took over our class, I had little experience, so I felt very confused and at a loss. It's been two months since school started, and there are many problems in our class. Students' poor classroom discipline, lax class, inattention and poor parents' cooperation made my normal teaching impossible for a while. At this time, I opened teacher Yu Jie's "I want to be a class teacher", and she said that education should be done like planting trees in Lao Guo. I shouldn't be too hard on my students, so that every child can meet my requirements. It's that I should teach students in accordance with their aptitude and relax. Only a comfortable education can make teachers and students feel relaxed and enjoy.

When setting the class rules, it should be implemented, but the class rules should be set moderately. Children are like trees. If they are too loose and unstable, they may be too fragile and easy to die. If it is too tight, it may arouse children's rebellious psychology and make them more disgusted with teachers and schools.

There is a child in our class, and he has a strong dislike of learning in the first month. The teacher pretended that he couldn't hear or understand everything he said. If he doesn't listen in class, he will influence other students.
