Henan Institute of Education was renamed Henan Institute of Finance and Economics. Henan Institute of Education is the only provincial adult normal college in the province that mainly trains primary and secondary school teachers and educational administrative cadres. 1955 was formerly Henan Education Administrative Cadre School, and 1978 was formally established as Henan Education College. The College is located in Zhengzhou, one of the "Eight Ancient Capitals of China". According to the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Colleges and Universities in Henan Province", based on Henan Finance College and Henan Education College, we bid for Henan Finance and Finance College.
