Conditions for applying for "two exemptions":

(1) Children with local household registration;

(2) Non-local registered children who meet the requirements for local certificates;

Materials to be submitted when applying for "two exemptions":

(1) Children with local household registration: household registration book or ID card.

(2) Non-local registered children:

The household registration book, temporary residence permit or residence permit of the family of origin;
