Self-driving buses and self-driving passenger cars will be put into Zhengdong New District in batches, and the test drive will be opened to the public one after another.

From July 1 day, the autopilot experience line will be opened in the core areas of Zhongyuan Science and Technology City, such as Zhengdong New District Smart Management Center, China Merchants Center and Financial Island. In the future, Zhongyuan Science and Technology City will launch 100 Yutong self-driving bus Xiaoyu 2.0 and 100 Wen Yuan Zhixing self-driving bus in batches, so as to achieve full coverage of self-driving in key areas such as Zhengzhou East Railway Station, Wisdom Island and Zhongyuan Science and Technology City, and provide active travel services for citizens within 1 15 square kilometers in the east.

In addition, the unmanned sanitation system will also land in Zhengdong New District, and Yutong unmanned sweeper will carry out demonstration application in Zhengdong New District, focusing on three aspects: sanitation monitoring system, unmanned sanitation and automatic operation system, so as to realize rapid location of pollution sources, accurate operation 24 hours as appropriate, and rapid emergency response in 10 minutes.

It was also announced at the press conference that Wen Yuan Zhixing Global Engineering Technology Center officially settled in Zhongyuan Science and Technology City, and Yutong will work with Wen Yuan to help Zhongyuan Science and Technology City build an intelligent travel industry ecology. Wen Yuan Zhixing will build a global engineering technology research center and a global commercial vehicle headquarters in Zhongyuan Science and Technology City this time, focusing on the application of autonomous driving in micro-circulation buses, buses and other scenes.

It is understood that Yutong has built the first commercial self-driving bus line and the first unattended station in the industry in Zhengdong New District. At present, the self-driving bus has been safely operated for more than 900 days, with a cumulative reception of more than 360,000 passengers and an open road mileage of more than 7 1 10,000 kilometers.
