Education card management is divided into
Hierarchical management and tracking management.

1. Hierarchical management: refers to the safekeeping and management of employee education cards by their respective safety management departments, team members' education cards by their respective projects, and government employees' education cards by enterprise safety management departments.

2. Follow-up management: refers to that when an employee transfers his/her unit or changes his/her job, he/she will bring it to the new unit and it will be kept and managed by the safety management department of the new unit.
