" With the consent of the State Council, the Ministry of Education, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly implemented the pilot demonstration project of modern distance education and the pilot project of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools in 2003-2004 in accordance with the principle of "overall planning, pilot first, key breakthrough and step-by-step implementation".
Three modes

Mode 3 is computer classroom: equipped with satellite receiving system, network computer classroom, multimedia classroom and teaching CD playing equipment. Its characteristic is that it not only has all the functions of Mode 2, but also provides students with a learning environment under the network conditions. Equipped with objects for rural junior high schools. The average estimate per point is 6.5438+0.5 million yuan.
On the basis of completing the basic configuration according to the three modes, all localities can determine the corresponding configuration standards according to the actual situation.
