Successful education is a developing educational thought, and the discussion on its essence is too thin. Combined with the profound changes and the increasingly prosperous educational reality, we believe that we can make a relatively systematic analysis from the following four dimensions: without the exertion of subjectivity, there will be no success at all. Marxist human theory holds that the history of social development is essentially the history of the completion, perfection and development of human subjectivity. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice for the development and progress of modern society to improve and carry forward human subjectivity. China's education has long been influenced by traditional educational ideas, and students' object status is deeply rooted, so that there are drawbacks in guiding ideology, content, methods and even organizational forms that hinder the development of students' subjectivity. In view of these disadvantages, successful education actively advocates the development of students' subjectivity, which not only conforms to the requirements of the development theme of the times, but also achieves the effect of pursuing "success" by using this subjectivity. The respect for human subjectivity in successful education is reflected in:

1. Regard students as active participants in educational activities, guide students to think actively and act independently according to the objective laws of students' learning, and help students to succeed.

2. Regard education as a democratic, friendly and cooperative way of communication, get rid of all inequalities and injustices, integrate personality respect into strict requirements, and let students always enjoy the feeling that their own values are fully affirmed and recognized.

3. Make students consciously participate in various social practice activities, experience success in activities, pay attention to the organic combination of classroom and extracurricular activities, guide students to life, stimulate students' initiative consciousness, and develop students' subjective personality. Everyone has a certain creative potential, which is human nature. Alexander Naumovic Luke believes that "in fact, the quality of creativity is inherent in everyone and every normal child, and all that is needed is to be good at revealing them and developing them" [2]. The book "education-the wealth contained in it" also points out: "The task of education is to make all people's creative talents and potential bear rich fruits without exception ... This goal is more important than all other goals." [3](P6) Therefore, educators must abandon the view that "creation is the patent of elites" and establish the intention that "everyone is the master of creation". Although China is paying attention to quality education, there are too many formal elements. Under the discussion of some theoretical problems of successful education such as Li, it can basically be summed up as rational education, emphasizing the instillation of scientific knowledge and putting the exploration of students' creative potential in a dispensable position. This is not only a contempt for people's creative instinct, but also a waste of human resources. Successful education takes exploring people's creative potential as its own responsibility, and boldly reforming the increasingly harsh educational disadvantages is naturally a kind of progress. The exploration of people's creative potential by successful education is embodied in:

1. Stimulate students' creative desire. Successful educators often set up and use a variety of incentives to stimulate students' creative desire, pay special attention to the interest of knowledge itself, and play a role as an example.

2. Ensure students' psychological freedom. Successful educators pay attention to students' liberation, reduce their learning burden, and often give them more creative space and free time.

3. Offering various science and technology education courses. Successful educators pay attention to teaching students a variety of creative skills such as imitation, analogy and migration by offering practical courses with strong operability and comprehensiveness, and cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability. In the continuation of time and the expansion of space, everyone exists with his own unique personality. The task of education is to "find a lifestyle that can give full play to his personal creativity and personality among countless lifestyles". [4](P503) Personality display in education runs through the whole history of human education. Whether Confucius teaches students in accordance with their aptitude, Socrates advocates independent personality shaping, Comenius' principle of natural adaptation, or Dewey's learning by doing system, all shine with the brilliance of personality development in education. Since 1980s, the education reform in the world has paid more and more attention to people's personality, and successful education has paid more attention to the promotion of personality on the basis of conforming to the international trend. The concept of successful education to develop people's personality is mainly manifested in:

1. Pay attention to and devote to the development of students' self-concept, so that students can have a correct understanding and evaluation of themselves, actively look for bright spots, and then establish more firm self-confidence.

2. Emphasize education according to students' different characteristics, and help students find behaviors and methods suitable for their own personality, so as to achieve personal success.

3. Pay attention to a variety of extracurricular education activities, so that students' personality can be gradually formed, enriched and improved in a selective environment. Man's value is the sum of man's utility materialized in things, which is reflected in real life, that is, it refers to man's position, function and dignity, and is a positive evaluation of man himself. From China's ancient sages' theory of attaching importance to man to Mao Zedong's theory that man is the most valuable thing in the world, from the proposition that the ancient Greeks are the yardstick of everything to the inference of existentialism philosophy that man is the reason why value came to the world, all of them show their admiration and eager pursuit of value. In the era of knowledge economy, the role of talents in the market-oriented society has been emphasized, and the individual value of people has also risen to an unprecedented height in history, because "one-sided propaganda and even vicious expansion of people's value alienation is unfavorable to social development" [5]. Therefore, the realization of all educational values must be based on the realization of human values, and education should become a catalyst for the realization of individual values, which is an arduous task that educators need to grasp with outstanding consciousness. Successful education has made positive and valuable explorations in this regard, as follows:

1. firmly believe that the object of education is living people, take people as the starting point of education, oppose the wrong practice of aiming too high, and recognize and discover the value of students.

2. Establish the value orientation of the organic combination of man's all-round development and free development, and pursue to make students become social individuals with rich inner world, noble life interest and distinctive personality characteristics.

3. It is considered that the Confucian educational model is difficult to cultivate modern people with competitive consciousness and creative spirit, and it is strongly advocated that students' initiative and creativity should be liberated and brought into play by deepening educational reform.
