Extended data:
All localities should closely combine the implementation of the Master Plan with the implementation of the Special Post Plan. You can take the following two ways:
First, graduate students admitted to the "master's degree" can also apply for special post teachers. Those who are hired as special post teachers will first teach in rural compulsory education schools in Shegang County for three years and study postgraduate courses on the job. In the fourth year, I went to the training school for a full-time job and concentrated on studying for one year. I got a master's degree certificate and a master's degree certificate in education when I graduated.
Second, according to the spirit of the Notice of the Central Committee on Implementing the Special Post Plan for School Teachers in the Stage of Compulsory Education in Rural Areas (Teacher [2006] No.2) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Personnel, special post teachers are outstanding teachers who have a bachelor's degree in ordinary colleges and universities, and have passed the annual (or performance) assessment of at least 1 year during the three-year employment period and continue to teach in local schools.
Recommended by the teaching school and the county-level education administrative department, the training school will be assessed separately, and those who meet the training conditions can be recommended to study for the master's degree in education without examination. Specific measures shall be formulated separately.
