TPACK is the abbreviation of technical pedagogic content knowledge, that is, the subject teaching knowledge of integrated technology, which was put forward by American scholars Koehler and Mishra on the basis of PCK proposed by Shulman in 2005. Since 2005, scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of theoretical and practical research on TPACK. Through the research, everyone agrees that the research on TPACK is helpful to improve teachers' ability to master and use information technology. Teachers' metacognitive ability is an essential ability for future teachers.

TPACK framework contains three core elements, namely, subject content knowledge (CK), teaching method knowledge (PK) and technical knowledge (TK). Four composite elements, namely, subject teaching knowledge (PCK), integrated technology subject content knowledge (TCK), integrated technology teaching method knowledge (TPK) and integrated technology subject teaching knowledge (TPACK).
