1. Login or register an account in official website, public welfare education lecture hall.

2. Select the course you want to study and click the "Register" or "Buy Now" button to enter the course details page.

3. On the course details page, you need to register/purchase the course first, then start studying and complete all the course requirements.

4. After the study is completed, select "Apply for Learning Certificate" in the corresponding study record of the course, fill in the application form and save it for review.

5. After the approval, you can view and download the certificate you obtained in "My Certificate" under your personal homepage.
