Certificates will be issued in two ways. First, by mail. Send it by collect postage before July 2 1. Please indicate the name, address and telephone number of the certificate recipient on the cover of the envelope. The second is on-site collection. Please indicate on the cover of the portfolio that the certificate will be collected by yourself, and bring the original ID card to all districts and counties to obtain the teacher qualification certificate.

Precautions:

1, the applicant must know in advance the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in the place of residence and the place where the authorized institution is located, do a good job in personal safety protection, and strictly implement various epidemic prevention and control requirements.

2. Before registration, applicants must carefully read the confirmation announcement and related tips in time, truthfully and on time make online declaration, physical examination and submit materials as required.

3. After the applicant registers online, the authentication system will automatically verify the submitted academic qualifications online. If the verification fails, the domestic academic qualifications shall be subject to the China Higher Education Student Information Network, and the foreign academic qualifications shall be subject to the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Unauthenticated academic qualifications (except for applying for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools with secondary vocational school qualifications) cannot be used to apply for teacher qualifications.

4. The same applicant can only apply for one teacher qualification in a natural year. In the period of validity (within 3 years from the date of acquisition), those who have obtained the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers and the professional ability certificate of teachers in normal schools with multiple teaching cycles or disciplines shall choose a teacher qualification to apply for recognition in this year, and others may apply for recognition in subsequent years.
