Investigation of Zhejiang University
On July 3rd, I followed Senior One Group to Hangzhou to attend a one-week seminar on improving the comprehensive quality of key teachers in Huangpi No.1 Middle School in Wuhan, which was held in the Continuing Education Center of Zhejiang University. Before I came here, what I expected was to have separate training in my respective disciplines. It turned out to be general training, and I was a little lost. But after really entering the training, I found that such general training is really necessary. The whole course involves the efficient communication and implementation of teachers' own happiness, as well as the course of emotional and stress management. There are also subject changes that all teachers are about to face and deal with under the background of the new college entrance examination. In addition, there are courses to improve teachers' humanistic quality, such as "teacher team building and cultural change in teaching and research", "philosophical thinking and creative innovation" and "traditional culture and wisdom of Chinese studies". Finally, I am most interested in the course of career planning and psychological counseling for senior high school students, so the content of the whole training course is very comprehensive, and teachers in any subject can absorb useful knowledge and deepen their understanding of other subjects.

On the first day of training, Liang Feilai, a visiting professor from Zhejiang University, gave a lecture on "Teachers' Efficient Communication and Execution Construction". Professor Liang's natural sense of humor, humorous language and exaggerated and vivid performance make the three-hour lecture grab everyone's attention in minutes, and appropriate interaction also increases our participation and experience. What impressed me most about the whole class was the part about communication barriers. Personally, when I often feel that communication with others is ineffective at work, there are three communication obstacles mentioned by the teacher. One is the sender's code, that is, what role to speak, what attitude he has always had and what to say. The second is the channel of choice, that is, when, where and with whom to communicate in various ways. The third is the receiver's coding, that is, how the receiver understands your speech, that is, the speaker has no intention of listening. At that time, the teacher also ridiculed, "If the other person is a saint, everything you said is right, if the other person is a villain. . . Hee hee ",but there are no saints in this world, so I really need to think and practice after class in order to communicate more effectively, avoid stepping on minefields and avoid communication obstacles reasonably. In the afternoon, Cai Yaping, director of Zhejiang Vocational Mental Health Management Center, told us about "Teacher's Emotion and Stress Management". Teacher Cai is the earliest certified psychological counselor in China, perhaps to adapt to the vast number of teachers who have no psychological foundation. Her lecture is not very professional, but let psychology talk to you about educating children and communicating with couples. Because of her rich life education and countless case sharing, everyone listened with relish. What impressed me the most was when she talked about parent-child relationship. She talked about weak parents making children strong. I think this "weakness" is not that parents are weak, but that parents are willing to treat their children with appreciation or even look up. The self-image children get from their parents greatly enhances their self-confidence. Confident children will not fail, but they will not be easily knocked down by failure. I think those who are not easily defeated, or those who can start again after failure, are the real strong ones.

The whole course of the next day is related to the new college entrance examination, which is also the part that I lack the most knowledge. Because I haven't taught in the front line and don't understand the reform of college entrance examination, I have been listening carefully. I summed up some feelings that this day's class gave me. Students like the new college entrance examination model, which is closer to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. Teachers and schools are under great pressure and challenges. Teachers' teaching and research abilities need to be greatly improved. School management and teachers' work need to make full use of the Internet.

The third grade course is my favorite and most satisfying. In the morning, Professor Yuantao Sun from Zhejiang University told me about "the cultural change in teaching and research and the coordinated development of teachers". The professor's style is sincere, sharp and profound. For example, at the beginning, he talked about his academic career. At this stage, he thinks that education is the most difficult art, and does not think that education has any definite laws. This understanding has won my heart. I think only those who are truly knowledgeable and have seen the world will accept their ignorance and humility at a greater and higher level. In addition, he also analyzed the occupation of teachers in his class. He thinks that many professions look very professional, and teachers seem to be able to do it in the eyes of ordinary people. So where is the professionalism of the teacher profession? He believes that it is the ability to learn, without "research", teachers are not worthy of being called "professionals". In addition, he criticized the so-called dazzling reform of teaching and research, thinking that what we need is cultural construction rather than "cultural packaging", and we should not use some meaningless classroom forms for flashy and advancing with the times. In the afternoon, Professor Zhang Xuefu of Zhejiang University's philosophical thinking and creative innovation also swept away the drowsiness in the summer afternoon, and the lively classroom laughter continued. Professor Zhang, wearing a T-shirt and sneakers, looks a bit like a philosopher hiding in the city. He speaks simply and laughs at himself like an unpretentious old urchin in The Legend of the Condor Heroes. He couldn't explain clearly what philosophy is for three hours, but from his class, I feel that philosophy is not old, and the progress of human science and technology and the increase of knowledge do not necessarily bring wisdom. Philosophy is about the understanding of people's inner world and outer world, while China's philosophy, Taoist thought and his exposition of "emptiness" are wonderful. Empty is more, and there are infinite possibilities when you are free.

On the morning of the fourth day of the course, Professor Ji Xiangxiang, one of the three famous mouths of Zhejiang University, told us "Traditional Culture and Wisdom of Chinese Studies". Professor Ji, who is white-haired and energetic, calmly uses multimedia teaching and tells the knowledge of Chinese studies with a smile. I was infected by his state. What impressed me most in the course is the three levels of Chinese studies, namely knowledge, wisdom and spirit. In the past, my simple understanding was that the learning process from learning knowledge to internalizing wisdom ended here, but Professor Ji said that not only did he have a kind of wisdom, but he also had to become a spirit, and this spiritual feeling was explicit. If knowledge turns to wisdom from the outside to the inside, then wisdom turns to spirit from the inside out. This kind of externality is an unconscious and unintentional revelation, and it is an influence and inheritance on others. So I really learned a lot from this course. In the afternoon, Miao Renpu, director of the Student Development Center of the Middle School Attached to Zhejiang University, gave us a lecture on "College Entrance Examination Reform to Promote High School Students' Career Focus". In this course, he told us the importance of career planning in combination with his personal career experience, introduced the evaluation tools and related courses of 7-choice 3 subjects developed in combination with his years of research, and finally talked about the practical effects brought by the career planning course. After listening to his class, he pointed out the direction of my efforts and hoped to have the opportunity to study in their school! On the last day, Sun Yinong, a researcher from the mental health department of Hangzhou Academy of Education, taught us the skills of communication between teachers and students, and put forward two educational models, namely "the combination of kindness and kindness". But how to achieve the balance between kindness and prestige, he put forward the principle of taking things for people. I deeply feel that strictness is necessary. In today's society, there are many controversies about teachers disciplining students. Strict teachers seem to be no longer popular. However, strictness is the attitude that children must face when they grow up, and surrendering to authority is something that everyone has to experience when they enter the society. The release of students' nature requires freedom, and at the same time, it is necessary for authoritative teachers to limit this freedom in education so that students can understand the responsibilities and consequences. This kind of education is indispensable.

Thanks to the teachers of Zhejiang University, we have gained a lot in our study. However, the discussion among colleagues after class not only makes us find the truth clearer, but also makes us find the relationship between arguments closer and closer. So I also thank my colleagues for letting me see another truth from different angles, and thank you for taking care of each other during this study trip. At the moment, I am sitting on the return train, bidding farewell to Hangzhou and Zhejiang University. The new journey is about to begin, and I will greet the new semester with these heavy hearts!
