May experience and middle class experience of kindergarten teachers
The sunrise in May is fiery, the kindergarten in May is jubilant, and May is even more passionate and busy.

In order to welcome the upcoming "graduation ceremony", we have been preparing intensively since the beginning of May. According to the age of the children in the middle class and the development of the children in this class, I decided to divide the children in our class into two groups. Children with good coordination between music and dance movements are divided into one group. We arranged the dance "Happy Baby" and divided the younger children into a group, and arranged the T-stage show "Tut-tut". At the beginning of the rehearsal, our babies were full of enthusiasm. No matter how hot the weather was, they were not afraid of hard work and worked hard. Especially when teaching movements, they look at the teacher's small eyes shining, for fear that they will not learn. After a period of practice, the children have basically mastered their own movements, and then they need to practice repeatedly to make the movements neat and standardized.

Next, we should practice the movements neatly and regularly, which requires repeated practice. Slowly, some children have some abnormal phenomena: some children who are always cheerful when they enter the park always drag adults away, showing great attachment, and some parents always reflect that their children are in a bad mood recently when they send them to the park. Looking at the children's inexplicable changes, I was once lost. I tried my best to think about the rehearsal scene: many children couldn't stay for a while, some fell to the ground, some ran away, and some chatted together. Whenever this happens, I will seriously ask them to return to the rehearsal position.

Even if you are skipping, you look reluctant. So I approached them with this suspicion: "Little friend, don't you want to dance?" This sentence immediately brought me closer to my children, as if my question had promised them not to dance, and they replied, "Yes." The expression on her face immediately brightened up. Babies who usually like to dance, why don't they have any enthusiasm when rehearsing? My analysis and reflection may be because the rehearsal is hard, repeated practice is not new to the children, and the teacher is more serious when rehearsing, so the children's enthusiasm for rehearsal is not high.

The adverse reaction of children's rehearsal made me adjust my educational behavior in time: 1. Always tell about outstanding works or outstanding people in life, and guide children to learn their hard-working spirit. Be specific, praise him when and where he did well, and let him understand why he should be praised. 3. When the child is working hard, sincerely praise the child and let the child get a positive emotional experience, which can better promote his next efforts. Second, each rehearsal should adjust the rehearsal time in time according to the child's mood, or occasionally take the child to play games to fully mobilize the child's enthusiasm for participation. The children will be very enthusiastic about this proposal, knowing that they can have a good time after rehearsal. Therefore, the enthusiasm for rehearsal is also very high. It takes less time and has a better effect. Slowly, the children's abnormal emotions disappeared, and the enthusiasm for rehearsal was regained, and the effect was better. These changes really make our teachers happy in their eyes.

Children's rehearsals are hard, so we pay more attention to maintenance. We drink enough water for children every day, undress them in time, take medicine on time and in quantity, and always keep classrooms and activity areas clean and disinfected to ensure that children have a healthy body and a comfortable environment, and will not be exhausted by hard rehearsals.

We didn't relax our teaching activities during the rehearsal. In order not to increase children's burden, we changed our teaching activities to review, and integrated what we learned into games and life, so that children can consolidate their knowledge in play. For some children who are not willing to express themselves actively at ordinary times, let them show what they have mastered to everyone during the review process, so that they can express themselves boldly and confidently.

The sky is clear and the clouds are light and the wind is light. The world is as big as you think! Let's look forward to the lovely performance of the children!
