What exactly do boy scouts do? Why didn't China?
Boy Scouts, also known as Scout Movement and Scout Camp, used to be called Boy Scouts in Taiwan Province Province, Hongkong and Macau. It is a specific form of youth international social movement.

Scout education in Beijing was first established in 19 17 Tsinghua University. Soon, Shi Jing Institute of Education promulgated the Scout Regulations of Shi Jing to guide the Scout Movement in Shi Jing.

The founder of Boy Scouts was Sir Robert Stephenson Smith Badenberg, a British knight. Badenburg formulated a set of feasible training methods in order to save the crisis in view of the moral degeneration and physical weakness of British youth at that time and their fear of the demise of the ancient Roman Empire.
