However, some colleges and universities do not attach importance to the curriculum and adopt a coping attitude. The course content is not guided according to the characteristics of students, and there are too many students and insufficient attention is paid to the course. The situation and policy course is taught by the original class members, and the number is not uniform. Some classes are too large, which is not conducive to students' study. Art students have heavy courses, and the courses of situation and policy are basically arranged at night or on weekends. The attendance rate of students in class is not high. Some teachers even find some outdated materials on the internet to read to students in the class of Situation and Policy, or simply put down a video.

2. The course is not valued. At present, the course of situation and policy is offered in the first to third years of university, but it will not be offered in the postgraduate stage after undergraduate course.
