2, project (or work area, engineering department, construction group) level safety education is organized and implemented by the project level person in charge, full-time or part-time security officer to assist, including project overview, safety production status and rules and regulations, main risk factors and safety matters, main measures to prevent industrial accidents and occupational diseases, typical accident cases and emergency treatment measures.
3. The safety education at team level shall be organized and implemented by the team leader, including compliance with rules and discipline, post safety operation procedures, safety production matters involving job cohesion and coordination between posts, typical accidents and emergency measures to be taken after accidents, performance of labor protection articles (appliances) and correct use methods.
Brief introduction of three-level safety education
Three-level safety education refers to factory-level safety education (company-level), workshop-level safety education (department-level) and post-level safety education for new employees and workers, which is the basic form of safety production education system in factories and mines. Three-level safety education system is the basic education system of enterprise safety education. Three-level safety education includes factory education, workshop education and team education.
Enterprises must carry out factory education, workshop education and team education on safety production for new workers; Workers who change jobs, return to work and adopt new technologies, new processes, new equipment and new materials must be given safety and health education in new posts and new operation methods.
