Inclusive and Slow Guidance-Spiritual Education
Children have a hundred languages, and education cannot filter out the truth of children. As a teacher of children, I hope their childhood will be healthy and sunny. Then, I want to know my students: what is a student? What do they need? What should I do for them?

Students are students. They go to school to learn knowledge from teachers and learn to be human. Therefore, as a teacher, I should give guidance to my students. Students are children, and children need care for their growth. Therefore, as a teacher, I should care about my students. Students are human beings, people need to be respected, and students are growing. It is normal to make mistakes, but it is abnormal not to make mistakes. Therefore, as a teacher, I should give my students respect, tolerance and understanding.

Because they are students, children and growing people, the education I give children should be "completely accepted" and "slowly guided" on this basis.

The acceptance of "complete acceptance" is empathy, emphasizing the word "all". This "all" has two meanings. One is to accept all the children because they are all my students. Whether beautiful or ugly; Whether smart or naive; Rich or poor ... I should give them fair acceptance, which teachers should have. Although it looks simple, it has a wide connotation. The second is to accept all the feelings of students, because they feel innocent. Therefore, a very important significance of complete acceptance is to empathize with children and walk into their hearts with understanding.

"Slow guidance" means understanding and guidance, but it emphasizes "slowness". Education is a slow art, and children's growth is regular and can't be forced at all. Slow guidance is to follow the law and step by step. Education is a process of waiting for children to grow up, just like agriculture, which needs to wait between sowing and harvesting. So don't worry, wait a little longer. Sometimes we feel helpless and sad because we can't wait. We hope to grow up in three days, but in fact, three years may not work. This excessive accumulation requires us to be patient and be patient again. Therefore, slow guidance emphasizes a kind of warmth, sincere sympathy, sincere encouragement and appropriate reminder. Because of the slow guidance, I am full of trust in every child: I believe that the child's deficiency today is not his eternal deficiency; Believing that a child is not good today does not mean that he will never be good: I believe that every student of mine is a good student and every student has hope.
