"Slow guidance" means understanding and guidance, but it emphasizes "slowness". Education is a slow art, and children's growth is regular and can't be forced at all. Slow guidance is to follow the law and step by step. Education is a process of waiting for children to grow up, just like agriculture, which needs to wait between sowing and harvesting. So don't worry, wait a little longer. Sometimes we feel helpless and sad because we can't wait. We hope to grow up in three days, but in fact, three years may not work. This excessive accumulation requires us to be patient and be patient again. Therefore, slow guidance emphasizes a kind of warmth, sincere sympathy, sincere encouragement and appropriate reminder.
