Teachers are not active in teaching, and the classroom teaching effect is not good; It is a common phenomenon that students are not active in learning and their enthusiasm for learning is not high. Therefore, in reflection and exploration, the author realized that only by fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of teachers and students, standardizing their classroom behaviors, adhering to Scientific Outlook on Development, putting people first, formulating corresponding management systems, and paying close attention to teaching style and study style can the teaching quality be gradually improved.

In order to improve the teaching quality, in addition to teachers' earnest study of business and continuous improvement of business ability, the author thinks that the most important thing is to focus on improving teachers' own artistic level of classroom teaching in six teaching links: "preparation, teaching, approval, assistance, examination and research". Make great efforts in teaching and research, implement the principle of institutionalization, regularization and strong pertinence, and carry out distinctive teaching and research activities. According to the characteristics of this discipline, each teaching and research group makes corresponding teaching and research plans, and starts with renewing teachers' teaching concepts, aiming at establishing teachers' modern education and teaching concepts, optimizing teachers' knowledge structure, improving teachers' teaching professional quality and mastering classroom teaching skills, and carrying out school-based teaching and research training activities. School leaders participate in the teaching and research work of each teaching and research group in groups, and together with the members of the teaching and research group, explore exchange teaching methods in a pragmatic way and dig deep into the art of classroom teaching.

At the same time, an indispensable part of improving teaching quality is to strengthen the training of young and middle-aged teachers, encourage them to train, improve their academic qualifications and further their studies, and promote their growth as soon as possible, because young and middle-aged teachers are the main force of the school, and their words and deeds will have a great impact on the growth of students.

However, in order to grasp the teaching style and study style, besides strengthening management, training teachers and improving teachers' teaching art level, we should also start from the following aspects.

First, stimulate teachers' enthusiasm and promote positive teaching style by rewarding them.

The author investigates teachers' views on the reward and punishment system of school teaching effect in the past, and finds that teachers have a great reaction, which can be divided into the following categories: First, they are indifferent to this kind of bonus; Second, teaching well and teaching badly are basically the same anyway; Third, no matter how hard you work, you won't get much bonus, and you won't get much money. Let him go, and so on. In short, due to various factors, the atmosphere of "happy teaching" among teachers is not strong at present, and there are many reasons for this situation. In order to change this situation, we should adopt the method of combining encouragement with education and synchronizing rewards and punishments, set an example and select advanced people. Every semester, the school will reward teachers who are rigorous in teaching, willing to teach and have achieved remarkable results.

Second, take "building a learning class collective" as the carrier to create a good style of study.

At present, the atmosphere of students' "being happy to learn" is poor, and the style of study in the class is not strong.
