Luohu District belongs to Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, and is the central city of Shenzhen. It is located in the south-central part of Shenzhen, starting from Li Antang in the east and adjacent to Yantian District. West to Hongling Road, connected with Futian District; South of Luohu Bridge is adjacent to Hong Kong; It is bordered by Henggang, Nanwan, Buji, Bantian in Longgang District and Zhi Min in Longhua District.

Luohu District is the earliest urban area developed by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and an important part of Shenzhen Central Business District.
